PRESIDENT AND VICE PRESIDENT

Professor Bank-Ola is the President and Chief of Chaplains: Godman Kingdom Chaplaincy Ministry.

He was called into fulltime ministry in 1997 and had served at various leadership capacities. Having discovered his specific call into teaching ministry, he enrolled as a student by divine providence in various famous, prestigious and frontline seminaries in Nigeria and USA for his spiritual education as he was preparing for higher levels and greater effectiveness in his divine commission. He studied and earned Doctoral degrees in various Christian ministries spanning: Christian Counseling, Theology, Divinity, Missions, Biblical Law, Christian Education, Ethics, Church Management & Administration, Leadership and Human Development.

He is a Theologian, Public Intellectual, a Prophet and a teacher of the gospel with divine mandate to raising Christian leaders and building intellectual capacity for the body of Christ. He had been a visiting professor to many Christian Universities and Christian theological seminaries in Nigeria and Abroad.He is a distinguished service Professor of Theology, Theological Ethics & Development, a Psychotheologian, Spiritual Scientist and a licensed Christian Counselor.

He has assiduous passion for return to patristic and medieval Apostolic hermeneutic models to reading the scripture theologically, uniting historical-grammatical and spiritual, figurative, allegorical senses into a coherent and faithful understanding of scripture for application. He is most known for his work related to Biblical Exegesis, Ethics, Law, Public Theology and Human Development. He is a consultant to many Christian Ministries, Churches, Colleges, Universities and Theological Seminaries in Africa and USA.

Through itinerancy training, conferences, Symposia, workshops and seminars he has been meeting the needs of the church to developing spiritual sensibility in the biblical exegesis, determination, application and the defense of God’s revealed truth and principles. Also, meeting the psychological, social, economic and spiritual needs of the church, preparing them to discover their purposes to making their own contributions in line with scriptural principles to do exploits in their callings. This would enhance quality leadership and congregation in the church, promote better society and prepare the world for the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

With his invaluable experiences and priceless knowledge of Jesus Christ and mentorship of church leaders, he has been inculcating in his students the ability to love and to serve humanity in God’s humble way. He was the Dean Academics at Levites Christian University till 2013.

He is the Chancellor at Godman Soteria Academy of Theology. He is the President and Chief of Chaplains, Godman Kingdom chaplaincy ministry. A ministry by divine revelation with the mandate to showing the love of God to the world. He is married to Dr (Mrs) Rebecca Bank-Ola - fca, mnimn, His marriage is blessed with Children.

Dr. Obasi is the Vice President and Deputy Chief of Chaplains Godman Kingdom Chaplaincy ministry.

He is a licensed Human Resource and Facility Management Consultant, a media Professional, Administrator, International Certified Chaplain and Private Investigator. He is currently the Managing Director of BAMEC SOLUTION LINKS LTD and President of Cosmopolitan Professional Training College, Lagos.

He was the National Administrator/Head of Training (Organization of Nigerian Chaplains); Public Enlightenment Officer, Unit 51, Federal Road Safety Corps Special Marshal, Lagos State Sector Command.

His work experience spans over thirty five years. He obtained a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mass Communication from Anambra State Polytechnic (now Federal Polytechnic), Oko in 1991; a Post Graduate Diploma and Masters Degree respectively in Public Administration from Lagos State University. Ojo-Lagos 2005 & 2012. He also holds a Bachelors Degree in Christian Studies from Rhema College of Theology in Nigeria 2010 and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Ethics and Human Development from Godman Soteria Academy of Theology 2017, Certificate of Interfaith Conflict Resolution from United States Institute of Peace (USIP) 2011, Certificate of Course Completion in Principles and Guidelines for UN Peace keeping Operations from Peace Operation Training Institute (in Cooperation with Peace keeping best practices Sections division of Policy, elevation and Training) 2011; a professional Diploma in Administrative Management from ACES, Canada 2010; Advanced Diploma in Chaplaincy, 2007; Private Detective/Investigator (Private International Intelligence and Investigation Training Agency - 2CIIA) Brazil 2019, International Chaplain Certification (International Federation of Christian Chaplains) Rhodes Island USA.

He started his career as a Clerical Officer (Stores) in 1983 at Anambra -Imo River Basin Development Authority. Owerri, between 1983 and 1986. He worked with Imo Broadcasting Cooperation as a news reporter, Proof reader 1988-1989. BOM Industrial Food Chemical Company Ltd. Enugu as Public Relation/Marketing Manager before venturing into private business.

Dr. Obasi is a Doctoral Fellow of the chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (CIHRM); Associate-Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN); Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) NIM, Royal Life Saving (a Commonwealth Organization)

Dr. Obasi is happily married to Mrs. Frances Amaka Obasi and their union is blessed with three handsome boys - Ekene, Ebuka and Chibudom.
